1) The document provides expense details for various categories like communication, travel, pantry, printing etc. for different time periods. Communication expenses have reduced in April 2014 due to switching to a new internet connection. 2) Travel expenses are lower in April as only one employee traveled compared to multiple travelers in previous periods. Pantry expenses increased in April due to an event organized at a local school. 3) Printing expenses increased in April as the photocopy drum unit and toner were replaced after heavy usage in the previous period.
