• Coordination and Supervision
˗ Implement and manage operational plans.
˗ Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments.
˗ Delegate tasks and accountabilities.
˗ Responsible for site level procurement of supplies, materials, equipment, fixed assets,
and inventory management.
˗ Locate, select, and procure commodities, representing management in purchase
negotiation
˗ Manage third party service contracts, ensuring their ongoing monitoring and
implementation.
˗ Recommend locations fornew facilities or oversee the remodeling of current facilities.

˗ Review financial data and utilize them to improve profitability
˗ Prepare and control operational budgets
