GEMS provides various wellbeing resources and support services to government departments including GEMS CLO support, centralized event coordination, and a crisis support module. The GEMS CLO support offers dedicated relationship management, needs assessments, wellbeing strategies and programs, training, and reporting. Additionally, GEMS offers a crisis support service providing telecare/telephonic support to help individuals deal with challenges from COVID-19, personal crises, or traumatic events.
