complete the online HRA and that they follow through on
their selected options for biometric assessments: onsite or at
the pharmacy network

What contribution can GEMS CLO’s
make towards Wellbeing within
Government departments?
• Prioritise Government departments to be engaged.
• Conduct Departmental needs analysis to understand Govt requirements
• Proactive event planning: Encourage departments in developing annual screening plans
• Engage with CLO Helpdesk for relevant support services that can be provided to departments
• Engage and Mobilise departments (EHWP) to actively participate in the GEMS WCL programme
• Position the GEMS brand within Govt and promote all scheme services
• Assist with continuous quality improvement by Provide Feedback on the services received
What role can Departmental EHWP
play towards Wellbeing within
Government departments?
• Develop annual screening plans for their departments
• Maximise event participation: Promote the HWSS programme to employees and mobilise them to participate at
events
• Leverage on the GEMS WCL programme to develop or improve the wellbeing culture in the environment
• Work in collaboration with CLO and HWSS teams
• Assist with continuous quality improvement by Provide Feedback on the services received

  • 2. 1 2 GEMS HWSS EVENT/SERVICE FEEDBACK Deliverable Accountable Responsible Daily COVID-19 symptom dashboard • Healthi Choices Wellbeing Intelligence team will provide the Departments with daily reports (Twice a day), available via email • Government Departments must ensure that employees complete daily assessments twice a day, before they enter the premises and four hours after • MHRS and THRM: referral and support Weekly COVID-19 Assessment report • Healthi Choices Wellbeing Intelligence team will provide the Departments with weekly reports (Monday), available via email • Government Departments must ensure that employees complete weekly assessments • MHRS and THRM: referral and support HRA report • Report for Online and biometric assessments • Government Departments must ensure that employees complete the online HRA and that they follow through on their selected options for biometric assessments: onsite or at the pharmacy network • MHRS and THRM: referral and support Customer satisfaction • Government Departments must ensure that CSAT feedback is provided by their employees and Wellbeing Change Leaders, for all services accessed • Healthi Choices will provide feedback on customer experience: member and Wellbeing Change Leader, for all services (COVID-19 screening, training, online HRA and onsite and pharmacy professional assessment) Training • Government Departments must ensure that CSAT feedback is provided by their employees and Wellbeing Change Leaders, for all training
  • 3. 1 3 FAQ1: CENTRALISE EVENT COORDINATION oGovernment Department/GEMS CLO to complete and submit Event Request Form to cloevents@gems.gov.za OR complete via the online event request form oCarefully select your service option and related requirements oEnsure that you are using the updated event request form which includes the following three service options • HRA (online, onsite or remote) • COVID – 19 Screenings • Wellbeing Training • Events can be scheduled by Regional CLO or Government EHWP
