What is e-learning  E-learningcomprises all forms of electronically supported learning and teaching. The information and communication systems, whether networked learning or not, serve as specific media to implement the learning process.The term will still most likely be utilized to reference out-of-classroom and in-classroom educational experiences via technology, even as advances continue in regard to devices and curriculum.
Congnitive styles and learning styles The relevance of an individual’s cognitive style and learning style to thart person’s performance in a range of learning situations has been explored by many authors over the years . Although  the terms have been used interchangeably , learning styles can be considered to cover a much broader range of approaches to learning .
Congnitive styles and learning styles(2) They  often consider factors that can vary for the individual, e.g. an individual’s learning stule could differ according to the subject s/he is studying, the mode of assessment employed  or even the amount of time available. The poosibility of variance over time and learning situation can call into question the relevance of attempts to use individual learning styles to inform the development of computer-based learning materials.

Who are the e-learning (2) Have been enrolled in less than ten online courses (80%) Have  participated in e-learning for the last three years (76%) Prior e-learning experiences in another organization (34%) Intermediate  and advancde computer users (96%) Have recelved computer software training (58%) Overall positive e-learning experiences(87%)

Why do you need to develop online course for my company?    The production of cakes, the Company's top pastry chef only a dozen, let the other branches of the cake to taste the same with the restaurant, then you need to master these techniques, through e-learning can make the other branches of the pastry chef school to craft, so that each local consumers enjoy delicious pastries.
