About Richard Cheng
Richard Cheng is an Associate Product Manager at Mark43, where he leads the development of analytics and
business intelligence tools for police departments, emergency call centers, and other public safety agencies. In this
role, Richard spends hundreds of hours in the field with end users in order to understand their unique organizational
needs. Prior to Mark43, he worked as a systems integration consultant for state and local government
agencies. Richard graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and
concentration in Management Information Systems.

About Richard Cheng Richard Cheng is an Associate Product Manager at Mark43, where he leads the development of analytics and business intelligence tools for police departments, emergency call centers, and other public safety agencies. In this role, Richard spends hundreds of hours in the field with end users in order to understand their unique organizational needs. Prior to Mark43, he worked as a systems integration consultant for state and local government agencies. Richard graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and concentration in Management Information Systems.
