Directions :
To make a Black current
mojito, take a Pilsner glass
,put 03 lemon wedges,12
mint eaves,02 tbs
powdered sugar ,01 tbs
lemon juice and muddle it
01 to 02 minutes.
Add 02 pinch of salt ,06 nos
of ice cubes , chilled Soda
120 ml and 30 ml Black
current crush and mix well
using a stirrer.
Put 03 lemon slices in the
glass sides and garnish
with 01 lemon slices and
small mint stem and serve
it with one straw .
Black currant Mojito Mocktail
Ingredients
Honey
4 table spoons
Lemon
1 unit
Mint
For garnish
Ginger
2 Table spoons
Mala’s Litchi Crush
60 ml
Water
150 ml
Directions :
Wash and roughly chop the
ginger. Add it to a blender
jar along with a little water
and make a smooth paste.
Strain the paste to get
ginger juice. Set a side
Add 60 ml lychee Crush
and Some water to a
blender jar and make a
lychee puree.
In a bowl, add lychee
puree, 2 table spoon lemon
juice, water, 4 table spoon
honey and 2 table spoon
ginger juice.
Mix well with a spoon.
Divide the mixture into the
serving in Hi-ball glass.
Garnish with mint leaves
and add a few ice cubes.
Serve chilled.

IN SHAKEING PROCESS
• TAKE A MARINO GLASS AND PUT
10 CUBES CRUSHED ICE ,AND ADD
ALL INGREDIENTS AND TOP OF
PUTS SODA 120 ML.

Surprise, take a Boston
shaker ,Put 60 ml of
Strawberry crush, 04 ml of
Honey and muddle it 01
minutes.
After that add 160 ml milk
,03 ice cubes and mix it
well.
Take Washington glass ,put
01 ice cube and pour
Strawberry liquid in the
glass ,top up of that put
some chapped Strawberry
and garnish with 01
Strawberry Wedge and
serve it with one straw .
Strawberry Surprise Mocktail
Directions :
To make a Fire & Ice
Mocktail, take a bowl ,put
02 Tbl spoons of lemon
juice, 02 Tbl spoons of
powdered sugar ,01 pinch
of salt ,02 pinch of pepper
powder, 15 ml of Kiwi crush
and mix it well .
Take a San Marino glass
add 04 cubs of crushed ice
,pour liquid micture,180 ml
of sprite and mix well using
a stirrer.
Put some chopped chilies
on the top and garnish with
01 green chilly and serve it
with one straw.

gm of Watermelon 01 Tbl
spoon of lemon juice, 02
Tbl spoons of powdered
sugar ,01 pinch of Black
salt , and mix it in mixture
and stain it and extract the
juice.
Make it 05 ml of mint juice
pour n to a Pilsner glass
add 02 Ice cubs ,pour liquid
, juice and mix it well using
a stirrer.
Put some fine chopped
watermelon and very little
lemon juice on the top and
garnish with 01 Watermelon
slice and mint leaves serve
it with one straw.
