This document discusses research on mobile electronic performance support systems (EPSS) in the workplace. It aims to study how the design and usability of a mobile EPSS affects its adoption, how employees' experience with a desktop version influences their use of the mobile version, how mobile EPSS impacts employee confidence and job goals, and how a mobile EPSS can support job performance. The researcher conducted a survey of 412 employees and interviews with 20 participants to understand their experiences using a mobile EPSS and identify design considerations that can help optimize mobile EPSS for the workplace.
