Forklift mounted,powerful
permanent magnet road sweeper
specially designed from full SS and
built for 24 x 7 rugged use.
This unit is picks up nails, tacks,
sharp spikes, rivets, pins and all
kinds of sharp tramp iron which
cause damage to expensive tyres
and equipment.
Operating height : 150mm.

Lifting System Overhaul
Just to undertake a challenge
and prove our capability to our
customer, we recently stripped
an old & unused lifting system
of another manufacturer and
completely overhauled the
magnets and electrical control
system to produce a fully
working unit which is back in
use now.

Step
Just get hold of adequate cans of some popular
‘magnetic paint’. Be prepared that you need to
apply several coats. These are actually iron
particle paint (not Magnetic paint). You may get
them from the nearest DIY store.
It’s the iron particles in the paint that get applied
uniformly over the wall and attract the flexible
magnet backing behind the posters or frames.
You will need some good quality flexible magnets.
