The MIT Sloan Design Club was founded in February 2011 by eight MIT Sloan MBA students to integrate design resources across campus, establish collaborations with design organizations, and engage the MIT community in design thinking. The club has over 1000 MBA, LGO, SDM, and Sloan Fellow members and a board of advisors from MIT. In 2011, activities included workshops with Continuum and Frog Design, as well as a Design Charrette event. Sloan teams also worked on service design projects with Continuum.
