The MIT Sloan Design Club was founded in February 2011 by eight MIT Sloan MBA students. It aims to integrate MIT's design resources across campus and alumni networks, establish collaborations between MIT and design organizations, and engage the MIT community in a culture of design thinking. The club has over 1000 MBA, LGO, SDM, and Sloan Fellow members. It partners with organizations like Continuum for service design projects and workshops. It also hosts speakers, workshops on topics like prototyping, and mixers with other design clubs.
