This document discusses options for improving system information reports generated from the NPS, PDS, and NFSC databases. The current reports have some inaccuracies and limitations. Three options are analyzed: 1) Requesting modifications from NJP, 2) Requesting a software vendor to create new reports, or 3) Having the MIS team modify report programs to improve the reports. The MIS Kaizen selects the third option of having the MIS team modify the reports, which will save an estimated 90 million rupiah over three years compared to using a vendor. The improvement will increase report accuracy and customization without additional costs.
