- Give overview of your website.
- List out Modules of the system (ex: Admin, Student, Teacher, Employee, etc.)
- Discuss the features provided by your website (for each module separately).
- Maximum 2 pages.

2. System Flow Diagram:
- Draw system flow diagram of your project.
- Ex:
Data Flow Diagram:
- Prepare Context Level and 1st level DFD for your system.
o No theory of DFD requires.
o We have to write detail on each arrow.
o No need to cross two arrows.
o Draw context level
 Must include one process (Name of the project) in centre (symbol: Circle)
and all the other modules are in Rectangle boxes.
o Draw first level
 Must include all individual processes of the system.
 Specify each process with inputs and outputs.
 Must include all tables, and all modules.
 Each and every arrows’ information of context level must be included as
process.
 Give separate numbers to each process of 1st
level.
