A 27-year old female presented with abdominal pain and vomiting. Physical examination revealed a large abdominal mass. Imaging showed a large heterogeneous mass in the abdomen. The patient underwent surgery where a large solid and cystic mass involving the pancreas and surrounding structures was removed. Histopathology of the mass found it to be a solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas, a rare low-grade malignant tumor that predominantly affects young women. The patient recovered well after surgery.

Ascetic cytologyve CTSCAN - Mass in GB lumen localized to GB wall filling the lumen with no Mets /LNs, ascetic+ ca 19-9 -3u/ml. Management -She was treated for gastritis, hyponatremia, hypoprotinemia with PPIs, high protein diet, albumin infusion &TPN for 7 days. After nutritional build up reevaluation showed serum albumin- 3.1gm/ dl, CECT findings same with resolution of ascitis. The ascitis was a result of hypoprotinemia as ascetic cytology was negative which disappeared after protein replacement. So decision was taken to proceed with diag. lap &radical cholecystectomy. A 70-year-old man presented with vague abdominal pain following treatment for stage III colon cancer. Imaging showed no evidence of recurrence but his CEA level was rising. Review of his initial PET scan in light of a subsequent scan found a lesion that was initially missed due to its location near the bowel.
