 Using some social media platform such as twitter and fakebook
 Start using Instagram which is more better way to get in touch with
customers.
 Opening account will not works alone, constantly updating them with
new feeds will work.
 We even can advertise our social media account and websites on social
media.
 Use Google Adv. and google keywords
 Website design is simple. Used light colours but with black front this
makes them easy to read.
 Make website more attractive with high graphics and design.

 Our key audience is who are seeking for affordable
mobile plans
 Who want to create there own plans.
 Mainly students or low income group.
 Primary message is that we are the largest mobile
network in Canada.
 Not limited network to zones.
 Providing better deals.
 Providing customer support in different way. No call
centre but, have a community work24/7 to help others.
 Public mobile have used some social media platforms
and internet.
 Use billboards, Tv , radio, newspapers, magazine
advertising. we are missing these area to reach our
target market.

friendly.

concision.
 Website has mobile friendly design.
 Up to date information on new deals.
 The website is easily located on any
search engine.
 The website reflect a good image of
company.

 Not any picture or photo is used.
 Out dated design.
 Not unique.
 No comparison of services.

 There are so many new market that are yet to
be served.
 Use of new marketing strategies such as

 Competitors can copy our website design.
 New rules and law regarding digital market.
 Change in customer needs and requirements.
