3. 1. Working since 10/04/2003 up to 01/02/2005, as a melting and quality Control Engineer in Tawakol
metal Industry.
I'm responsible for the melting operations and proportions of additives to make gray and ductile cast
iron, and also supervising the quality analysis using the SPECTROMETER (6024 ARL) to assure the right
composition.
2. Working since 01/02/2005 up to 20/10/2005, as a QC inspector in Petrobel (Quality Control Office )
I' m responsible for NDT inspection, following the WPS's & PQR's and welders qualifications of the
projects according to codes such as (AWS, ASME, API, BS, EN…) plus also the visual and dimensional
inspection of work items in work shop. this include supervising all welding parameters (parent material type
and certificates, filler meta type and drying , welding current , voltage , fit up , preheat , post weld heat
treatment , backing , …etc. )
3. Working since 20/10/2005 up to 01/05/2009, as a welding inspector and then as a welding engineer in
the National Steel Fabrication (NSF Orascom).
I' m responsible for making the WPS's & PQR's and welders qualifications of the projects according to
codes such as (AWS, ASME, API, BS, EN…). Plus also the visual and dimensional inspection of work
items in work shop. This include supervising all welding parameters (parent material type and certificates,
filler metal type and drying, welding current , voltage , fit up , preheat , post weld heat treatment ,
backing ,. .etc. )
4. Working since 05/05/2009 up to 11/01/2010, as a QC inspector in Kahromeka.
I' m responsible for making the WPS's & PQR's and welders qualifications of the projects according to
codes such as (AWS, ASME, API, BS, EN…). Plus also carrying out inspection of all incoming material
including Pipes, Fittings, Valves, Welding electrodes & construction materials. Visual inspection for all
Plant equipments, all welding activities Tanks, Piping and Pipelines. Preparing welding maps. Check
dimensions accuracy according to approved drawings
5. Working since 12/01/2010 up to 20/07/2014 as a welding head in the Technological & Electrical System
Co. (TES Qabany group).
I' m responsible for making the WPS's & PQR's and welders qualifications of the projects according
to codes such as (AWS, ASME, API, BS, EN…) plus also the selection of suitable electrodes and welding
processes for fabrication all items in work shop.
6. Working since 01/08/2014 until now as a QC manager in Kahromeka.
I' m responsible for;
-Evaluate and test all materials & equipment received from the purchasing department.
-Develop and implement the Quality Management System and Quality Procedure.
-Ensure that all quality related aspects are in compliance with the project requirements.
-Ensure all quality control records for the work are progressively accumulated, indexed and available
-Carry out quality control activities including inspection, examination and testing to verify the quality
of the installations and ensure construction operations are in compliance with project specifications.
