of Refinery Equipment.
• Performed inspection on the Construction and Erection of furnaces and fabrication of Pipeworks for Lutong
Refinery plant. The work involved in preparation of the Welding Procedures Specification, inspection schedule,
conduct Welder Qualification Test, Welding/fabrication inspection, carried out NDT’s (MT & PT) and
Blasting/Painting inspection.
• Prepared general Inspection Procedures and Inspection Interval for Refinery equipment, such as Heat exchangers,
Coolers, Condensers, Furnaces, columns, Crude oil storage Tanks, Pressure vessels and Piping system
• Performed inspection of the MLNG Plant Equipment Shutdown. The inspection involved, thorough visual
inspection and NDT’s (MT & PT) of Pressure vessel, Boilers, Columns, Condensers and other associate plant
facilities in Bintulu, Sarawak.
• Planned and performed thorough visual inspection of the Refinery Equipment Shutdown at Pulau Bukom,
Singapore. The inspection involved thorough visual inspection of Boilers, Pressure vessels, Columns, Witnessed of
relief valves pop test and prepared update inspection reports.

filling the fresh water to the tank to be tested.
• Maintained audible and demonstrable inspection records of all repairs, modification, rectification, fabrication and
maintenance or changes in operating design to facilities in order to maintain adequacy in the historical information.
