The document describes the design of a mobile application for an exhibition. It identifies key users as exhibitors and attendees. It outlines use cases and requirements, then presents screen designs and an experience map. It develops high-fidelity prototypes for the home, about, exhibition, activities, and help pages. It evaluates the design by adding a search bar to improve flexibility and accessibility across pages. The reflection notes challenges in navigation, data storage, and lack of error handling or documentation.

Project Plan:
For my project, I will spend most of the semester designing the app and because it is the most difficult component of my project. …………..

and whether they have any suggestions to improve the the application
Thereafter, I will try to fix as many issues as I can for a couple weeks. Therefore, I expect the design app to be ready around April 15th.

Study Objectives
The general objective of the study is to introduce a new android application for visitors at the end of next month to help lower their travelling costs by 50% and reduce the time for finding places and services to one minute. The project also aims to help visitors find category of services in a region by one click with details such as directions, ratings, costs and security. Through this study, the major deliverables are to gain understanding of the Town-guide system’s requirements and design through analysis of the market and the existing application in the same market.
Executive Summary
The Town-Guide Android app is intended to help users who are majorly visitors in a city to find locations, services and other products. The major objective of the project is to help people adopt to new places. Though there are various applications in the market with a near same purpose, the design and inclusion of features will allow the Town-Guide app have the desired breakthrough in the market. O understand the design and user requirements, it is essential to gather data on the available similar applications, their features and aspects that their users find challenging.
The study team will conduct a system analysis process where the mobile app developers will identify similar applications in the market. Specifically, the team will identify the application that help international visitors find their directions in the local places (Koutroumanis, 2011). The business analysist will identify all the business requirements of these systems and the way the requirements are implemented.
The analysis of the existing system will take one week where the analyst and the application developers will document the existing systems, issues in the current market and possible solutions or system alternatives that will solve the issues. This major method of analysis of the current system will be through peer reviews on the play store. The researchers will develop a list of questions that will help them go through the application reviews of existing customers. These questions and guidelines include the rating of the current applications, security challenges, application features, and application limitations, design of the application and ease-of-use of the application.
The recommendation of the system analysis is that the system is to integrate several functionalities from other system to enhance efficiency and solve the identified pro ...

AN INTELLIGENT AND DATA-DRIVEN MOBILE VOLUNTEER EVENT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM USI...ijasa
In Lewis and Clark High School’s Key Club, meetings are always held in a crowded classroom. The
system of event sign-up is inefficient and hinders members from joining events. This has led to students
becoming discouraged from joining Key Club and often resulted in a lack of volunteers for important
events. The club needed a more efficient way of connecting volunteers with volunteering opportunities. To
solve this problem, we developed a VolunteerMatch Mobile application using Dart and Flutter framework
for Key Club to use. The next steps will be to add a volunteer event recommendation and matching feature,
utilizing the results from the research on machine learning models and algorithms in this paper.

SYST15892 - Interactive User Interface Design
Phase IV Usability Testing
Grade weight: 15%
Requirements
Based on your initial Storyboard / Wireframes develop an interactive
prototype with invisionapp to carry out a series of tasks to be tested with
live users. The tasks should include TWO common tasks and at least ONE
advanced task. Registering / logging in to the website / service are
considered common tasks.
You will need to conduct the usability testing on a minimum of FIVE
individuals and use the "Think Aloud" method to capture their thoughts,
actions and interaction with the prototype. During the test one group
member should be a note taker to record what the user is doing and saying
during the testing.
Note: DO NOT explain, prompt or help the user during the testing. This will
taint your results and not give you real feedback on the interface /
interaction.
Prepare a small survey with a 5-point Likert scale and open-ended
questions. Compile all the results into a report as part of your submission.

We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

Requirements And Techniques To Identify It.
To conduct group interviews, it becomes quite easier to understand the requirements of the
proposed application. Here, the online survey has been arranged to collect the opinions
from the focus group. Mainly the people from the age group between 20 to 28 years are
participants of this online interview sessions. This technique ensures the suitable features
and conflicts related to the suggested features.
According to the group feedback, the requirements for this proposed application are
enlisted below.
The device should access all the advanced features like cameras to capture the events
related the exhibitions. It must include GPS to reach the exhibition spots, and notifications
for upcoming events.
The internet connection might be enabled.
The application design might be responsive and dynamic.
The application must be well-fitted to the display.
This naïve application tool should be user-friendly and must provide good experiences to
the users to use application on Android and Apple phones.
Key Tasks Of Design Using Textually And Graphically.
Steps of task
What to do?
What action will be taken?
Step 1: Search Key Items and Services of the indoor and Outdoor Show
4. The users need to install the app to access the events from the mobile.
The application tool will enable the GPS system and the users can reach to his/her desired
place like food stall, horse show or other places.
Step 2: Users can access KIOSK system at the ground
The users need to access the KIOSK computerized system to get instant location of
maintenance staff.
The KIOSK system does not allow long-term browsing. It will show the current site of the
visitors. The visitors can identify the staff through it.
Step 3: Visitors will meet Maintenance Staff
5. The visitors need to ask the queries and know the way to reach the exhibition buildings and
particular areas.
The staff will provide information about the exhibition and resolve the queries.
Step 4: Get help from Reception staffs

Evaluate An Appropriate Set Of Heuristics
It has been seen that the user can avail the user-friendly environment but flexibility is quite
less. They need to navigate one page to another to search any items. It takes too much times
and provides a bad experience in accessing the web pages. To bring easy-access design with
flexibility, a search bar is added to each of the pages. Here, the users can enter the search
items to filter out the desired factors.
The Revised Prototype Design:

Task 2: Reflection From The Evaluation Of The Prototype.
During this application design process, I have faced lots of issues to make it user-friendly. In
9. the initial stage, the design was simple but the navigation panel increased its complexity
levels. In many cases, it increases the page loading time as more navigation is required to
run multiple pages. Moreover, it triggered the project complexities as well as its design was
not suitable to access the mobile application.
To overcome the issue, I include the search bar and enter the items that need to be included.
It minimizes the access times. Moreover, it also provides an outstanding experience to the
users. During the design cycle, I came across the difficulties to store the data. In that case,
the database concept has been used by using the MySQL databases. Therefore, it is quite
helpful to store the previous data as well as it allows the users to store the data safely.
From the prototype evaluation, it has been seen that there is no solution if any error occurs.
In that case, the users need to uninstall the application and reinstall it with the same user
credentials. Similarly, user-documentations are not there in the application. It is mainly
used to show the demonstrations on how to run the application. But, it is not present in this
application. Therefore, the new users may face issues to operate the application and run the
GPS system. In that case, the project may fail to meet the ultimate goal and the users can
come across lots of challenges to access it.
