5. AUGMENTED REALITY (AR)
Augmented Reality (AR) is an interactive experience of a real-
world environment whereby the objects that reside in the real-
world are "augmented" by computer-generated perceptual
information, sometimes across multiple sensory modalities.
The primary value of augmented reality is that it brings
components of the digital world into a person's perception of the
real world, and does so not as a simple display of data, but
through the integration of immersive sensations that are
perceived as natural parts of an environment.

7. REVIT FAMILIES
A Revit Family is one of the most crucial element in a revit
model. I believe having a bad family can lead to get the model to
its worst state. Getting higher LOD also is something important
when we speak of installable drawings and rich data. Here was
where i started to think of having these high LOD pipe fittings to
use them in QFS.
Fittings in general are quiet pain to make work when you would
create any of them from scratch. specially, when you think of
adding some features like mirroring, or flipping, hubs, or even
adding an option to add or remove a rear hub.

10. QATAR FOUNDATION STADIUM
A design and Build project that is one of the world's first open
cooled stadiums for the 2022 FIFA World Cup™. The advanced cooling
technologies of the 233,000m2 stadium will ensure comfortable
temperatures all year round for players and fans. Regarding Project
phases, QFS has 3 phases (Base Build, Tournament, and Legacy). The
venue will have the capacity to accommodate 15,000 spectators in
base build phase, 45,000 in Tournament, and 25,000 in Legacy.
The design creates and intensifies the plays of light and shade,
where light filters through complex geometrical patterns to create a
truly unique stadium arrangement

11. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive Mid-Level Plan and assigned tasks from Team Leader.
Develop detailed plan of own tasks based on the received Mid-Level Plan.
Review and extract information from all Input Data (Drawings, Models, BOQ,
Material Submittals, Specs…etc.)
Assign Tasks to Sub-Team based on the Mid-Level Plan, monitor their
performance and report to my Leader, and manage conflicts between them.
Discuss coordination Issues with other Team Leaders.
Review in detail own and Sub-Team Technical and Production works.
Audit Sub-Team’s adherence to Standards.
Submit reviewed Technical and Production Works to Team Leader.
Perform or validate Design Calculations.
Identify, document, and propose Resolution to Technical Discrepancies.
Check own technical works to meet the required Quality Standards.
Perform Preparation Activities (Families, Project Template…etc.).
Modeling, Coordination, and Shop Drawings production of plumbing,
WaterSupply, and FireFighting work.
Receive validated Production Client comments from Project Coordinator.
Resubmit Production works implementing all received comments.
Send Discrepancies and Technical Submittals to Project Coordinator.

12. ASAS MARINA CORAL TOWERS
A resident building of 5-level Podium consists of 2 basements,
ground, and 2 podium Levels. This Podium is to be a base for 3 towers
of 25, 33, and 41 Levels with a total cooling load of approximately
4000 T.R.

14. ONAIZAH GRAND HOTEL
A hotel of large ground floor that has a large restaurant and two
ballrooms. This Ground Level is a base for 9 Levels for 8 of them are
for GuestRooms and the 9th is for a large restaurant with a total
cooling load of approximately 1900 T.R. Project had some more
extensions besides, like a large male and female GYMs, and another
utility building.

16. EASTOWN DISTRICT NEW CAIRO (EDNC)
Sodic EDNC is a 16-building project that have two common
basement plots connected by a service tunnel.
It is a dynamic office and retail complex located in New Cairo, that
marks an important transition between urban space and landscape.
The design took a highly creative, playful yet a professional approach
to set the scene for this leisure/business destination. Its strategic
location captures the civic heart of New Cairo, leaving a positive
legacy for the region.

18. SEEF LUSAIL A2 DEVELOPMENT
Lusail Development , Doha, State of Qatar
Seef Lusail Residential Development A2 will take full advantage of its
prime waterfront location, and will feature one of a kind unique retail,
dining and entertainment experience. The design also takes into
consideration the climate in Qatar, to achieve a lively and active zone
all year long. The project consist of three residential buildings
connected by a common podium and retail area, adding up to an
approx. BUA of 55,000 sqm. Residents and visitors alike will take
advantage of new global retailers, a variety of food & beverage
themes, and cutting edge entertainment concepts.

20. HOLY HARAM 3RD EXPANSION
The project's scope of work involves the expansion of Holy Haram
Mosque located at Makkah, Saudi Arabia.The project span an area of
456,000 square meters, in order to accommodate 1.2 million
worshippers. It consists of five major projects as follows: the holy
mosque’s main expansion building, the external parks, pedestrian-use
tunnels, central services building and first ring road. A number of
projects will remain: they are the Mataf (circumambulation) with its
appliances and affiliates, the stairs, the security buildings, the hospital,
and the minarets.

MEP Coordination for 5th floor of security building (Service Floor).
Responsible for Coordinating MEP systems for 18 levels of hospital.
Coordinating MEP systems for Mosques large Minarets (64 Levels).
Sending RFIs for any encountered Problems.
Preparing Composite Coordination drawings and submit them to site.
Revise prepared shopdrawings to ensure coordination quality.
Prepare coordination sections based on site requirements.
Model coordination shafts' drawings using Revit to coordinate them due
to their complexity.
Creatiing AutoCAD dynamic blocks as a preparation for Coordination and
shopdrawings library.
Completing side coordination tasks for CUC (Central Utility Complexes)
infrastructure works
Read, interpret, and understand infrastructure drawings and road
profiles,=.
