REASONS FOR FAILURE
1. DO not respond for the needs of academic performance, the indicators not suited
2. M and E failed due to time constraints and lack of resources. Lack of focus and
minimal technical expertise.
3. Actually it fails to improve the academic performance due to the inconsistencies of
implementation.
Some M&E tools fail to improve academic performance of learners due to the
misalignment of the M&E tools/processes to the intent of the system/process/PPA being
monitored/evaluated.
