managed the finances for the individuals as well as the company. Implemented and documented Individual Behavior
Plans. Worked closely with Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services in order to advocate for and ensure the
patients’ rights as prescribed by state and federal law. Maintained contact with the patient’s families. Ensured 24 hour 7
days a week on call status for the program which entailed being responsible to handle crisis situations as well as call out

• Successful negotiation of a labor contract in 2012 for SEIU 1986 local Chapter 6 after a year and a half hard
