• Coordinated and supervised 6 residential treatment coaches in a Washington State Licensed, residential Behavioral Rehabilitation Service focused on serving at-risk
youth ages 7-17.
• Maintained case management of 5 clients while communicating regularly with treatment teams consisting of state social workers, client’s families, local professionals
and consultants to establish efficient treatment plans to address the needs of each individual client.
• Routinely interviewed and counseled clients to assess behavioral progress and intervene if necessary to ensure the treatment efficacy of each individual client.
• Established individualized behavior management plans for each client, to provide treatment and intervention guidelines to the treatment coaches working regularly
with the clients.
• Managed the day-to-day operations of the facility providing 24/7 supervision, including; finances, planning activities, writing menus, scheduling employees, tracking
hours, conducting interviews and dealing with minor human resource issues.

training through the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity and WSU Greek Society. Recipient of both the WSU Academic Achievement Award and Lewis Alumni Award
Scholarship.
