This document provides an introduction and agenda for a design thinking workshop on social resilience. The workshop aims to teach design thinking through having participants work in teams to address a social stressor or anxiety through empathy, storytelling, insights, idea generation and feedback. The agenda outlines the different activities participants will do in their teams over the course of the workshop, including sharing stories, digging deeper into problems, capturing insights, ideating solutions, getting feedback, and pitching their solutions. The document introduces the facilitators and coaches and establishes some ground rules for participants to respect the process and each other.
