almost 5 years ago. During this time she has recruited for permanent and
contract positions throughout the EU, US, and has become highly experienced
in recruiting for all levels of positions within Life Sciences.
Rachel has over 20 years of sales experience. Starting out her career as a
customer service representative for Sanofi Bio Industries, progressing to
Account Manager for SKW Bio-Systems and then Sales Executive for Cargill
Texturising Solutions. This experience enables her to consult with clients and
understand their needs in depth, then deliver solutions to meet the clients
requirements.
Rachel involves Kubo Recruitment in community functions including
sponsorship of MK Lightning and MK Storm Junior ice hockey teams, and by
supporting Kubo’s regular donations to The World Cancer Research Fund and
their new charity for 2017 Wings for Life.

German. She spent her early career using her languages as an Administrator for
a Financial investment company. Relocation to Oxford meant a career change
into IT support, working as part of a company’s European IT Helpdesk.
Clare then spent the next 6 years working as a Recruiter/Account Manager
within I.T. recruitment and then as Recruitment Consultant for a health, safety
and environmental recruitment company.
The business acumen she acquired there gave her the confidence and drive to
set up her own administrative company, Office-L, providing admin support to
small businesses in her local area. This she ran for a few years alongside
working as an Administrator for an estate agents and for a solar company,
before returning to the recruitment industry and Kubo Recruitment in 2015.

6. Jane began her career in the retail industry working 11 years for Debenhams Plc
working up to Sales Manager level. With a passion and enthusiasm for the retail
environment this role gave Jane a well-rounded skill base and the opportunity to
work for their Head Office in London where she was able to advise and influence
decision making at Head Office Level in the Customer Services division.
After leaving Debenhams, Jane worked as a Sales & Operations Administrator at
ABB Robotics in Milton Keynes, working with the Sales & Operations Manager to
provide a strong administration service producing reports and managing clients.
Whilst in this role she was part of the SAP implementation Team for ABB Ltd,
ensuring that the Sales & Distribution modules met all the needs for the
Robotics division during the introduction of this ERP system.
Jane left ABB Robotics to start a family and has recently returned to a work
environment in HR Administration and recently joined the Kubo Recruitment
team.
