This document summarizes a rare case that occurred in the emergency room of a hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. An ambulance arrived with a child who had two iron rods pierced through his head and chest in a construction accident. Despite the serious and life-threatening nature of the injuries, the doctors were able to successfully remove the rods with local anesthesia while the child remained conscious. Though the injuries seemed fatal, the child survived due to Allah not decreeing his death for that day. The story shows the miraculous nature of the case and praise is given to Allah.

On a peaceful evening and in emergency room of a hospital in Jeddah
‫نادرة‬ ‫الهيه‬ ‫معجزة‬ ‫معها‬ ‫حامله‬ ‫العسعاف‬ ‫عسيارة‬ ‫وصلت‬ ‫جده‬
Arrived an ambulance with a rare miraculous case in it rather it is considered
‫عليم‬ ‫علم‬ ‫ذي‬ ‫كل‬ ‫فوق‬ ‫ولكن‬ ‫الطبية‬ ‫المستحيل ت‬ ‫من‬ ‫وتعتبر‬ ‫بل‬ ‫الحدوث‬
among impossibilities in field of medicine, but above all possessors of

two of the iron rods used in construction material got pierced into his
head and chest and the doctors were not recommending for anesthesia
to avoid the kid going to coma, rather they preferred to take out the
rods by giving the kid local anesthesia.

Kid breaths natural breath –All Praises to Allah.

One rod entered into his neck and the other from his armpit and came
out from other side of body, But surprising from where !!??.

Two rods that pierced kids body ,one of it came out from front side of ear while
other from backside of ear.

Who can save the kid !!!???.

Doctors succeeded by Allah’s Help to take out first rod .And what about

They took out the rods from the kids head .. But what Happened to KID

11. ‫تخرج‬ ‫كانت‬ ‫اللتي‬ ‫البناء‬ ‫بأسياخ‬ ‫اصطدم‬ ‫عندما‬ ‫دراجته‬ ‫يقود‬ ‫كان‬ ‫كيف‬ ‫لنا‬ ‫ويحكي‬ ‫واعيا‬ ‫لازال‬ ‫الطفل‬ ‫الحمدل‬

All Praises to Allah – The Kid is still conscious and narrating the incident ,that
how he was cycling and suddenly he went into the rods that were coming out of
the parked truck near by the newly constructed Buldings.

12. ‫السيخ‬ ‫لستخراج‬ ‫المزال‬ ‫الشعر‬ ‫مكان‬ ‫يظهر‬ ‫وهنا‬
And we can see the shaved hairs behind the ear, to take out the rods.

13. ‫العسعاف‬ ‫رجل‬ ‫مع‬ ‫يظهر‬ ‫وهنا‬ ‫اصدقاءة‬ ‫مع‬ ‫اللعب‬ ‫ليكمل‬ ‫يذهب‬ ‫ان‬ ‫على‬ ‫مصر‬ ‫الطفل‬

The kid is adamant to go and complete his play with his friends, and
here he is with the paramedic who brought him in ambulance.

.‫اليوم‬ ‫هذا‬ ‫في‬ ‫موته‬ ‫يكتب‬ ‫لم‬ ‫ال‬ ‫لن‬ ‫يمت‬ ‫لم‬ ‫ولكنه‬ ‫قاتله‬ ‫اصابه‬ ‫الطفل‬ ‫هذا‬ ‫اصيب‬
This kid suffered a fatal injury but didn’t die of it , because Allah did not
wrote the death for him on this particular day.

To every people is a term appointed; when their term is reached, not an
