3. Venture Description
Our project is based on a medical bottle.The medical bottle
has an inner cover and on the outside of it there is a rubber.
Inside the rubber there are special covers that put the
medical pills into them. While the pills are pressed, they fall
into the inner pocket. The other part of the bottle contains
water and the cork itself is a small cup. There is a special
timer on the bottle that records a relative and when you need
to take a pill you hear the recording.

The problems we solve are:
People forget to take medicine pills because It is
difficult to get around with pills outside

Our main customers are the Private individuals, which are
elderly and people with memory health issues.
Our future potential market which we are aiming towards to
are nursery homes ,hospitals and the medical industry.

9. Business Model
● There is a growing demand for medicine due to increased population, disease and
growing health awareness.
● Plastic bottles are the most popular and oral drugs are the most common.
● We will make revenue by selling bottles to our target customers – old people and people
with memory problems.
● We will sell the bottle at pharmacies and supermarkets. We also plan to sell online.
● The target manufacturing cost is around $5 and the price is around $10, so if we reduce
the cost of marketing and shipping, we should make a profit of about $ 3 per bottle.
● In the first year, we will sell only in Israel, and expect to sell approximately 1% of 65
years and over = 12,000 bottles, which means a profit of $36,000.

10. Funding Demand
1. The amount of money we need is $ 400 for 100 units.
2. Three-quarters of the money goes to materials and manufacturing and a quarter of the
money goes to advertising.
3. We can not invest of the venture 15%.
