3. Typical storylines such as Circe, Orpheus & Achilles Movies: Batman, X-Men, Lara Croft Trilogy: The ‘Adventures of Mystic Woman’ Sticking to conventions: such as the same typical story lines. Sticking to the credit structure – 20th Century Fox. Gain/born with superhero powers; something has happened to make them want to stop crime Keeping the binary opposition of Villain Challenging conventions using a female superhero because mostly they are males e.g. Superman, Spiderman, Batman etc. A lot of these movies start off by Comic Books which our movie differs too. There will be a variety of people to attract all people. The age range we said would be teenager to young adults, because the plot is complex and it would be easier to understand. Main protagonist in the film is a female – business woman C1 – C2 Working class people Stereotypes of woman: girly, weak, into make-up, shopping etc She is like this but is also independent, strong-minded, and sociable. (shown by Mise-En-Scene) Comparing her to Brooke Davis in the TV Show - One Tree Hill. She is an independent character; she owns her own clothes business and she is a strong minded person. She could be compared to Gretchen Morgan in the TV Show Prison Break. She is a female assassin, and she is the type of character that you don’t want to cross. She is clever and conniving, and gets things done. You could also compare her to Lara Croft; because she is somewhat like a heroine.
