A referral is a very personal thing that requires a great deal of
trust.
Working so close to other Media Mall members, trust is built
and referrals become natural; especially when you are able to
walk down the hall and make a personal introduction.
EXCITING PROJECTS
Media Mall will be approaching clients on behalf of our
members. This will give all members a chance to work on
collaborative projects that span multiple industries
Cooperative projects are already in progress combining companies in photography,
video production, web development, graphic design, online marketing and event
promotion.

CHALLENGES CLIENTS FACE
Two problems we’ve found our clients continue to face are:
1. Finding multiple providers for different products and
services where they have to coordinate all of the different
providers and try to keep the creative consistent.
2. Budgetary constraints and tender limits can keep a larger
client from hiring the team they know for a bigger project.
HOW WE ADDRESS THOSE
CHALLENGES
1. When a client can meet in one room with as many companies as
they need for their project, they only tell their story once. The
message is clear and understood by all parties in the same way
at the same time because we are all in the same room. We can
collaborate and improve on what we deliver because we can
compliment each other's work. The result is a happy client.
HOW WE ADDRESS THOSE
CHALLENGES
2. When a communications manager is forced to take a job to
tender because it exceeds the tender limit, we can lose out on a job
and the comms manager may not get to work with the team they
already like. When an invoice can be split into each supplier it makes
it easier for us to approach bigger potential clients that have
consistent, regular need for the products and services we offer.
LIMITED MEMBERSHIP SPOTS
There will be a single member for each industry (1 video products
company, 1 accounting company) which will foster a culture of
cooperative, and not competitive relationships. It will also
expose all members to new audiences, new leads and new
exciting business relationships.

  • 1. So we decided to act on our beliefs and create a collaborative working space unlike any other. WE BELIEVE THAT COLLABORATION IS THE TRUE ROAD TO SUCCESS.

TRADITIONAL COWORKING SPACES FOCUSED ON STARTUPS Exclusive focus on startups, nonprofits and entrepreneurs looking for temporary or part-time space. 10+ YEARS OF POPULARITY The number of coworking has exploded in North America since HUB launched in 2005. COLLABORATION VS COWORKING Open concept workspaces that encourage coworking but not necessarily collaborative projects. PART-TIME MEMBERS Members typically do not work standard hours. It is not a consistent business environment.

MEMBERS WE’RE LOOKING FOR Service based companies working in media, marketing, technology and business support. JOINT PROJECTS We have the capacity for collaborative projects that pull services from multiple expert members. COMMITMENT We will create a space that allows businesses to thrive. We want to encourage long-term mutually beneficial partnerships. A NEW KIND OF COWORKING SPACE.

  • 9. Media Mall and Members support and teach each other because they receive support in return. Everyone is an expert in their field and understand the benefits of working together and sharing knowledge. Our Project Managers will keep collaborative projects running smoothly and will be available on an as-needed basis. COLLABORATION & EDUCATION
  • 10. HONESTY & TRANSPARENCY We believe that an honest and open organization is one that experiences true success; both internally and through the clients served. Clients will always know which companies are working on their projects and members will always be up to date on any changes to projects.
  • 11. BUILDING A HEALTHY BUSINESS COMMUNITY We want to build a happier, healthier business community for everyone. Through cooperation we will help members grow their skills and introduce them to new clients. In turn, clients will receive trusted referrals and the quality results they are looking for.
  • 13. LEARNING Each member business is already established and has a great deal of experience and lessons to teach. A shared space provides tremendous opportunities to see how other businesses are succeeding and the missteps that you can learn from.
  • 14. THE REFERRAL ENGINE A referral is a very personal thing that requires a great deal of trust. Working so close to other Media Mall members, trust is built and referrals become natural; especially when you are able to walk down the hall and make a personal introduction.
  • 15. EXCITING PROJECTS Media Mall will be approaching clients on behalf of our members. This will give all members a chance to work on collaborative projects that span multiple industries Cooperative projects are already in progress combining companies in photography, video production, web development, graphic design, online marketing and event promotion.
  • 16. WHAT MEMBERS CAN EXPECT Secure furnished offices in various sizes are available coupled with open coworking spaces. Tech support will help deal with the unexpected. Access to kitchens, boardrooms and the lounge. Work, meet and collaborate in comfort. We are a marketing collective so you should expect great exposure for your company.
  • 17. CHALLENGES CLIENTS FACE Two problems we’ve found our clients continue to face are: 1. Finding multiple providers for different products and services where they have to coordinate all of the different providers and try to keep the creative consistent. 2. Budgetary constraints and tender limits can keep a larger client from hiring the team they know for a bigger project.
  • 18. HOW WE ADDRESS THOSE CHALLENGES 1. When a client can meet in one room with as many companies as they need for their project, they only tell their story once. The message is clear and understood by all parties in the same way at the same time because we are all in the same room. We can collaborate and improve on what we deliver because we can compliment each other's work. The result is a happy client.
  • 19. HOW WE ADDRESS THOSE CHALLENGES 2. When a communications manager is forced to take a job to tender because it exceeds the tender limit, we can lose out on a job and the comms manager may not get to work with the team they already like. When an invoice can be split into each supplier it makes it easier for us to approach bigger potential clients that have consistent, regular need for the products and services we offer.
  • 20. LIMITED MEMBERSHIP SPOTS There will be a single member for each industry (1 video products company, 1 accounting company) which will foster a culture of cooperative, and not competitive relationships. It will also expose all members to new audiences, new leads and new exciting business relationships.
