I think ‘IPC advertising’ would be a good distributer for my magazine ‘Pop Station’ as they sell Music magazines, however, they are all aimed at a certain audience, which is a Male, older audience who listen to the rock genre, this can be seen by their sale of ‘NME’ and ‘uncut’ magazine, therefore there is room for a magazine aimed at young women and people who enjoy Pop music and celebrity gossip.
- 3. Bauer publishing sell music magazines such as ‘top of the pops’ and ‘Kerrang’, this shows that they sell different genres of music as one is pop and the other is rock/alternative. Therefore my magazine would fit in well as it is very similar to ‘Top of the pops’ magazine.
