The document discusses the effects of media exposure on health behaviors related to tobacco, alcohol, and food. It finds that exposure to advertising and depictions of these substances in media increases the likelihood that adolescents will initiate or increase their consumption of them. Tobacco advertising in particular is shown to increase youth smoking rates. Media also promotes unhealthy stereotypes about meat and masculinity. Fast food advertising often depicts unrealistic representations of food to make it appear more appetizing. The goal of health communication campaigns should be to provide specific recommendations to counteract unhealthy influences from media while avoiding victim-blaming attitudes.

Drugs, as discussed earlier, have been our primary topic of discussion. The drug requires a health campaign as it has brought about significant effects in each country, and it is even bringing a substantial drain to the economy of the states and the world at large. Drugs have also brought the loss of many people who the world would need for better improvement or major governorship. Because of this reason, drugs need to be dealt with and, most of all, done away thing. The same drugs are the reason why so many mental hospitals are getting full within years; the rate at which the mentally disturbed are being admitted is increasing daily, (Witte &Allen,2000). The rehabilitation centers put around the world are willing to help all those people who are having issues with drug addiction and are enthusiastic in helping those who must deal with drug addict problems and are unable to stop.
Statistics and research have shown that this is a problem affecting the youth. Statistics have also explained that the most abused drug by the child is alcohol. More than 70% of the drug addicts have shown that it is the youth, and their major addict is alcohol. At times these young people find themselves abusing other drugs as they are under the influence of alcohol. Alcohol tends to switch people's brains, and they tend not to think straight. People under the influence of liquor act like mentally ill people, and even in courts, any illegal action they take while in that condition is taken as that of a mad person; this explains how dangerous alcohol and how badly it can damage anyone's brain and his or her thinking capacity,(Witte & Allen, 2000). It has been noted that most of the youths affected by drug addiction are those who abuse drugs are aged 13-24. This shows that the most affected age group is teens. This is students in high schools, colleges, and universities. Drugs have affected them even in their studies because they are unable to concentrate on their work, and when it comes to those in colleges and universities, most of them do not also attend the lectures.
Since the target audience is based on the youths, the youths are people who are much digitalized and modernized, and this would mean that the words used or the language used should be the language used primarily by the children for them not to get bored with the campaign. This also should mean that the campaign should be accompanied by music. For the message to be relayed on the youths, it should be done through music, (Mangione-Smith, Elliott, Stivers, McDonald, Heritage &McGlynn, 2004). This is because young people are so obsessed with music and love listening to music even in their own free time. If the message is written.

Obesity has become a common and problematic epidemic within the United States in which communities are gathering in forces to provide prevention tactics for the individuals as well as family oriented to encourage healthier lifestyle choices. Currently today an estimate of about 39% of the population struggled with obesity and unfortunately about 18.5% of these overweight categories were centered on youth in particular (Kelly, 2019). Being obese adds to increased risk of various kinds of debilitating illnesses and the criteria for obesity has now been clearly defined by the measurement of the body mass index in which health providers can effectively begin aggressive prevention once diagnosed. Heart disease, diabetes, psychological, and lifestyle issues with supposed potential cancers have been researched in the overall illness range that obesity influences (Center for Disease Control and Prevention, 2018). Contributing factors that increase the likelihood of overweight tendencies surface from genetic and socioeconomic influences. Those who have family that struggle with weight gain are highly likely to struggle also. Ethnic races have shown Hispanic and African American are the highest rates on obesity, 50% in both, while Caucasian and Asian are the lowest ranging scale of 37% to 12%. (Healthy People 2020, 2019).
Tactics to promote healthy lifestyles within a community are bringing awareness and prevention opportunities for families and individuals who acknowledged the risk factors of certain obesity formation. Individual or family adapted health behavior changes, prompts to encourage walking paths, trails, or public organizations that encourage healthy lifestyle such as the YMCA , enhanced school-based physical education with nutrition promotion and media campaigns that deliver the messages by television, social media, newspaper or radio are strong community strategies that can address the obesity epidemic today.
We as nurses can act as role models by educating the public on nutrition and obesity related problems. A healthy diet is a key component to reducing weight gain and overall health. As a community health nurse, the opportunity to closely work with people in providing education and healthier choices that help people feel they have options for nutrition can be seen as a personal counselor to develop goals and a plan for positive achievement. A form of exercise to complement the healthy diet can be applied by giving support to help individuals identify a safe and effective activity plan that they will stick to with encouragement to use public outlets. The community nurse can promote change by explaining the risk factors that cause obesity and provide more scientific elements of the health issue. By opening communication through means of community boards, social media, and leaflets or presentations in public areas such as YMCA or Health Department interest can be supported by.

You can use this plan to start your outline. It will help you to make sure that your essay contains all of the usual pieces that an argumentative research essay would contain:
· Part 1: Give a general introduction to the problem, including the thesis statement. The thesis statement should present a clearly defined position on a debatable topic.
· Part 2: Present the history of the problem, including, perhaps, past attempts at a solution.
· Part 3: Discuss the extent of the problem. Who is affected by it? How bad is it?
· Part 4: Indicate what will happen if the problem is not solved.
· Part 5: Connect the argument with facts that prove your points. Note the areas of objections and offer concessions if needed.
· Part 6: Provide a conclusion, including a restatement of the thesis and summary of the main ideas.

INTRODUCTION
Youth alcohol consumption represents an international public health crisis (1). Hastings et al, (this issue) have analyzed and summarized the growing international body of research literature showing that exposure to alcohol advertising predicts awareness of that advertising (2), which leads in turn to positive beliefs about alcohol, increased intentions to drink (3), and higher likelihood of consuming alcohol (4). National as well as state-level longitudinal studies in the United States have found that exposure to alcohol advertising in various venues - including broadcast, print, outdoor, point-of-purchase and sporting events - can predict onset of drinking, increased drinking and heavier drinking among young people (5-7).
This literature is augmented by brain imaging research, which has found that teens with alcohol use disorders show greater activity in areas of the brain previously linked to reward, desire, positive affect and episodic recall in response to alcoholic beverage advertisements, with the highest degree of brain response in youth who consume more drinks per month and report greater desires to drink (8). This suggests that alcohol advertising has a particular effect on youth who are already heavy drinkers.
Measuring Youth Exposure to Alcohol Advertising
While exposure to alcohol advertising is thus a risk factor for young people, there have been few concrete benchmarks by which to assess the level of risk or the progress in reducing risk. Worldwide, the most common means of limiting youth exposure to alcohol advertising is through alcohol industry self-regulation. As discussed more fully by Casswell and Maxwell (this issue), the World Health Organization reports that between 13% and 16% of countries rely on some form of industry self-regulation in thi.

Effect of Tobacco Use
Gideon Aryertey
Embry Riddle Aeronautical University
Introduction
Over decades, many individuals have been using tobacco without being aware of its harmful effects. For instance, in the U.S., the rate of cigarette smoking increased immensely in the early twentieth century. This was due to the invention of the cigarette rolling machine as well as an increase in the advertisement of tobacco products. As a result, cigarette smoking expanded regardless of the opposition of religious leaders or other members. Tobacco consumption reaches its peak especially between the ages of 20 to 40 in both females and males although statistically males consume more than females. Furthermore, the smoking rate amongst African-Americans (16.7%) are higher than the national average in comparison to Caucasians (16.6%). In fact, mixed race individuals and American Indian/Alaska Natives have higher smoking rates than African-Americans. As a result, this shows that there’s a big issue with the use of tobacco. Tobacco has led to many diseases such as lung cancer, diabetes, heart disease, stroke. It also leads to addiction. However, it is significant for one to overcome the addiction of tobacco use to improve their health status. Educating people about the harmful effect of tobacco consumption and making tobacco less affordable will correspond to a gradual decrease in its use.
Tobacco use has caused numerous deaths amongst individuals despite their socioeconomic backgrounds. For instance, approximately 30 percent of people who perish due to cancer in the United States; 80 percent of these deaths are caused by lung cancer. lung cancer is the main cause of cancer related deaths in the youth and adults. (Addicott, Sweitzer & McClernon, 2018). Lung cancer attacks both genders and the treatment process can be very complex. Consumers of tobacco are affected by this disease because it exterminates the cells responsible for fighting against the disease. Also, the use of tobacco affects the proper functioning of all the organs in the body. Other than lung cancer, tobacco consumption can also lead to mouth, esophagus, larynx, liver, kidney, bladder, cervix, pharynx, stomach, myeloid leukemia, pancreas and colon cancers (Ebbert, Elrashidi & Stead, 2015).
In fact, about 7300 nonsmokers die from lung disease every year according to the International Agency that is responsible for Research on Cancer (IARC) after being exposed to tobacco. Additionally, a 2009 survey that was conducted in China indicated that about 38 percent of smokers were aware that smoking contributes to attack of coronary heart disease while 27 percent were aware that it can lead to a stroke (Ambrose, et. al, 2017). However, individuals who smoke about five cigarettes a day showed signs of various diseases and damages to the blood vessels (Gilreath, et. al, 2016). In fact, blood vessels are thickened and then become narrow.

Exploring Factors Affecting the Success of TVET-Industry Partnership: A Case ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to explore factors affecting the success of TVET-industry
partnerships. A case study design of the qualitative research method was used to achieve this objective. For the
study, one polytechnic college of Oromia regional state, and two industries were purposively selected. From the
sample polytechnic college and industries, a total of 17 sample respondents were selected. Out of 17
respondents, 10 respondents were selected using the snowball sampling method, and the rest 7 respondents were
selected using the purposive sampling technique. The qualitative data were collected through an in-depth
interview and document analysis. The data were analyzed using thematic approaches. The findings revealed that
TVET-industry partnerships were found weak. Lack of key stakeholder‟s awareness shortage of improved
training equipment and machines in polytechnic colleges, absence of trainee health insurance policy, lack of
incentive mechanisms for private industries, lack of employer industries involvement in designing and
developing occupational standards, and preparation of curriculum were some of the impediments of TVETindustry partnership. Based on the findings it was recommended that the Oromia TVET bureau in collaboration
with other relevant concerned regional authorities and TVET colleges, set new strategies for creating strong
awareness for industries, companies, and other relevant stakeholders on the purpose and advantages of
implementing successful TVET-industry partnership. Finally, the Oromia regional government in collaboration
with the TVET bureau needs to create policy-supported incentive strategies such as giving occasional privileges
of duty-free import, tax reduction, and regional government recognition awards based on the level of partnership
contribution to TVET institutions in promoting TVET-industry partnership.

ABSTRACT: This research aims to examine how ESG disclosure and risk disclosure affect the total risk of
companies. Using cross section data from 355 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, data regarding
ESG disclosure and risk was collected. In this research, ESG and risk disclosures are measured based on content
analysis using GRI 4 guidelines for ESG disclosures and COSO ERM for risk disclosures. Using multiple
regression, it is concluded that only risk disclosure can reduce the company's total risk, while ESG disclosure
cannot affect the company's total risk. This shows that only risk disclosure is relevant in determining a
company's total risk.

ABSTRACT: Although a significant amount of literature exists on Morocco's migration policies and their
successes and failures since their implementation in 2014, there is limited research on the integration of subSaharan African children into schools. This paperis part of a Ph.D. research project that aims to fill this gap. It
reports the main findings of a study conducted with migrant children enrolled in two public schools in Rabat,
Morocco, exploring how integration is defined by the children themselves and identifying the obstacles that they
have encountered thus far. The following paper uses an inductive approach and primarily focuses on the
relationships of children with their teachers and peers as a key aspect of integration for students with a migration
background. The study has led to several crucial findings. It emphasizes the significance of speaking Colloquial
Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and being part of a community for effective integration. Moreover, it reveals that the
use of Modern Standard Arabic as the language of instruction in schools is a source of frustration for students,
indicating the need for language policy reform. The study underlines the importanceof considering the
children‟s agency when being integrated into mainstream public schools.

The Challenges of Good Governance and Project Implementation in Nigeria: A Re...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT : This study reveals that systemic corruption and other factors including poor leadership,
leadership recruitment processes, ethnic and regional politics, tribalism and mediocrity, poor planning, and
variation of project design have been the causative factors that undermine projects implementation in postindependence African states, particularly in Nigeria. The study, thus, argued that successive governments of
African states, using Nigeria as a case study, have been deeply engrossed in this obnoxious practice that has
undermined infrastructure sector development as well as enthroned impoverishment and mass poverty in these
African countries. This study, therefore, is posed to examine the similarities in causative factors, effects and
consequences of corruption and how it affects governance, projects implementation and national growth. To
achieve this, the study adopted historical research design which is qualitative and explorative in nature. The
study among others suggests that the governments of developing countries should shun corruption and other
forms of obnoxious practices in order to operate effective and efficient systems that promote good governance
and ensure there is adequate projects implementation which are the attributes of a responsible government and
good leadership. Policy makers should also prioritize policy objectives and competence to ensure that policies
are fully implemented within stipulated time frame.
