9. Shining
The whole story has been changed just from different music. By
using higher pitched music, it changes how things are
interpreted. Higher pitch seems jollier whereas deeper pitch
turns things negative. By taking out the part where the dad tries
to kill his wife with an axe and replacing it with the dad caring for
his son turns it from horror to family friendly.

10. Scary Mary
By introducing the tolling bells and intermittent subtitles, it appears to make
the appearance of Mary Poppins as a cursed event. The dark music and
edited scenes to remove the context to make her appear to be an evil
poltergeist help create the evil narrative.
