9. Our Contract was just ratified and accepted by the Board
For the next three years:
Fully paid insurance
Schedule A increases as follows:
2019-2020 1.5% increase
2020-2021 1% increase
2021-2022 1.5% increase

10. Continue Our Contract
Longevity increases as follows:
2019-2020 1/2% increase
2020-2021 0% increase
2021-2022 1/2% increase

11. Conference $:
$300 per year and may request additional funds
$300 may go toward tuition for members in their first eight (8) years of certification
Structured parent contact time from required 18 hours down to 15 hours
Comp for subbing during prep period:
from $30 to $40 per clock hour
Asked during prep to attend or monitor more than four times during the year:
from $15 per hour to $25
Summer work & outside regular school day:
from $15 per hour to $25
Principal requires the teacher to attend meetings, conferences, or workshops:
from $15 per hour to $25
Curriculum work outside the regular school day:
from $15 per hour to $25

12. Classroom supply money:
from $90 per year to $120 per year
Discrepancies in minutes for shared staff:
HS teachers compensated for any minutes under 73
MS teachers compensated for any minutes under 53
Additional discrepancy added:
Teachers at EL, MS, and Ody will each have one (1) work day per tri to use for school business. Work to be completed
on school grounds.
Sups meetings:
Max of 3 per year at 1 hour each with 15 school days advanced notice
Unused Sick time:
minimum of ten years service will earn 60 days at $50 per day ($5 increase per day)
minimum of twenty years service will earn 60 days at $60 per day ($10 increase per day)
