This document outlines the monitoring and evaluation processes for community-based organizations providing HIV/AIDS services. It discusses: Daily data entry into mobile applications with weekly verification. Monthly reports are compiled, validated at local levels, and sent to higher levels. Quarterly reports are also written. It describes the roles and responsibilities of various staff at different levels for data collection, reporting, and oversight. Key indicators are also listed that must be reported by the community-based organizations. Upcoming capacity building activities are noted.
