I am writing this reference letter on behalf of Maximilian Loeffler, who was hired into the position of
Marketing Intern, while seeking a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business at Baldwin
Wallace University in Berea, OH. He was employed at Anchor Lamina America, Inc. from July 2, 2012
through April 1, 2014, but due to a recent merger, his position was eliminated within the company.
While in this role Maximilian was responsible for compiling data with our lead generation program and
then distributing the information for follow-up intentions to our Sales team and distributors. He focused on
running Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) searches for specific territories and product lines to help
further our prospecting purposes and growth initiatives. He also contributed in creating our corporate
brand via LinkedIn. As a part time employee, he often exhibited excellent leadership skills with minimal
supervision, had a great attitude and got along well with others in the company. I had the opportunity to
view his ability to accomplish tasks within a timely manner and he was instrumental in developing a new
method of organizing data, where it provided ease to those viewing the information.
In conclusion, based on Maximilian’s performance I would recommend him as a positive addition to any
position he may encounter in the future.
