I. ACTIVITY No. 1: Mapping of ICT Sectors Functions.
II. Objective(s):
• Identify various ICT sectors and potential career and business opportunities;
• Create a Graphic Organizer showing the different ICT sectors.
III. Materials Needed: Paper and Ballpen.
IV. Instructions: Duration: 15 minutes
Create a Graphic Organizer by choosing one ICT sector and write the contributions on the
outside circle. The rubric below will be used in assessing the answer.

V. Synthesis/Extended Practice/Differentiation:
• The learners will research other ICT sectors/ industries in the community and
have it presented the next day.

II. Objective(s):
● Familiarize with the different ICT career and business opportunities.
III. Materials Needed:
Paper and pencil
IV. Instructions: Fill-out the given table and follow the following directions.
Step 1. From the list of ICT Sectors, choose the one you are most interested in being part of?
Step 2. Identify at least 3 professions in your chosen industry or ICT sector and the
qualifications, skills, and competencies for the identified careers. You may search the
information on the internet, job listings or ask for help from a family member or
someone in the same field of profession.
Step 3. Copy and complete the activity on a sheet of paper.
V. Synthesis/Extended Practice/Differentiation
• Evaluate what ICT career or ICT-related Business you are going to pursue in the
future? You will present it the next day.

I. Activity No. 3: Collage on the Trends and Issues in ICT (15 Mins.)
II. Objective(s):
• Identify the various trends in ICT that may contribute to developments in the
ICT industry and Entrepreneurial activities.
• Create a collage on the various trends and issues in ICT.
III. Materials Needed: Magazines, newspapers, and other materials that will be used by the
students in the collage, paste, scissors, and cartolina.
IV. Instructions:
The class will be divided into small groups of 5 students. After a few minutes, have each
group share their work. The rubric below will be used in assessing the answer.
