Frank completed his Master's Degree in Education in 2012. He has been an Educational Technologist since 2010, with a goal of helping people discover their talents and intelligence to improve humanity. Frank comes from a family of educators with over 80 years of combined teaching experience. He grew up in Virginia and earned his Bachelor's degree from Morehouse College. As an Educational Technologist, Frank provides training to teaching candidates to help them incorporate technology and interactive learning theories into their lessons.

The theory of Multiple
Intelligences states that
everyone has a gift and is
capable of being intelligent in
their predisposed discipline.
Some individuals have more
than one. Through guided
instruction, we must assist them
in their quest to develop their
inherent intelligence. Also, as
educators, we must stretch
beyond the confines of the
status quo and challenge the
student learner to develop the
skills necessary to build a better
humanity.
