JCU MBA Financial Assistance  Who is eligible for FEE-HELP? Domestic students in fee paying places and domestic students who are undertaking  bridging study for overseas trained professionals , who are: Australian citizens or holders of a permanent humanitarian visa are eligible for FEE-HELP. Holders of a permanent non-humanitarian visa who  commenced their course of study and incurred a  PELS debt prior to 1 January 2005 may be able to  access FEE-HELP (contact JCU’s  Student Enquiry 	Centre  for advice).
