with offices from 120sqm to thousands of sqm.

story tower of furnished apartments connected to the hotel via a foot bridge.
My Job as a general Foreman, in the concrete stage of the project, required
my vigilant attention for the most complicated area of the project, The car
park Ramps and Swimming Pool Areas.
In The finishing stage I was in charge of all the External finishing works
including Aluminum and granite cladding.

Assigned as a General Foreman In The Conference Palace Project Abu
Dhabi. I was in charge of the concrete works for the East Hotel and East
Ramp in addition to the finishing works of the car park.

 Assigned as a General Foreman to all the works of the Fayhaa’
Secondary School Project, in Maarad area of Tripoli. The Project consists of
11000 m2 of built up area and around 8000 m3 of concrete with external

superstructure works (classrooms and administration) to be completed in 10
months, while the remaining underground finishing works (pool, auditorium
and car park) are to be handed over lately due to variation orders and
modifications.

 Assigned to the finishing works of the Reconstruction Of Houses For
The Displaced Project, in Kobbah – Tebbanah area of Tripoli. I was
responsible for the finishing works of 16 buildings of the project. The project
involves 900 apartments in 68 buildings, totaling 85000 m2.
Nov. 97 – Apr. 00 ACC International. Beirut

 Responsible for concrete and finishing works in the Souks Of Beirut
Parking Facility Project, situated in the Solidere District. The project
comprised of four basement levels with an area of 100,000 m2
and 95,000
m3
of concrete cast in 13 months. I was also assigned to the handing over of
the E.S.C.W.A. building and the Beirut Municipal Stadium after the expiry of
the maintenance period.
Aug. 96 – Nov. 97 ACC International. Beirut

 Worked through the concrete and finishing stages of the E.S.C.W.A.
building project in Riad El Soloh, situated in the Solidere district. The
building, consisting of seven basement levels and eight superstructure levels
was completed in seven months concrete works and seven months finishing.

 Worked in a tower for Mr. Khalifa Humaid Abdulla Al-Rumaithy, on
Salam Street. The building was comprised of a basement level, ground floor,
mezzanine and eighteen typical floors.
