• We will extract and securely combine project delivery data to drive up project
delivery performance; making projects safer, greener, more productive, certain
and investable.
• This will:
• Facilitate a transformation in how we deliver projects.
• Help us to collectively leverage our hard won experience using advanced
analytics. We drive a step change in how we deliver projects.
• Provide insights that would have otherwise have been impossible.
• In order to do this we will:
• Ensure that our data aligns with the problems we aspire to solve.
• Collaborate to deliver the data volumes necessary for high end analytics.
• Provide the insights and motivation to recognise and extract the intrinsic
value in our data that lies largely undiscovered and out of reach.
