This document discusses Millennials and their relationship to money and happiness. It finds that for Millennials, happiness is intertwined with their financial lives. It identifies five positive financial behaviors ("Positive Financial Indicators") that are linked to greater happiness and financial confidence among Millennials. These behaviors include paying monthly expenses, saving for future needs, saving for retirement, setting and achieving financial goals, and feeling in control of one's financial life. The document also finds that Millennials prioritize relationships, purpose, and environmental/social impact over wealth and are more anxious than previous generations due to economic uncertainties.
