I have worked as a project engineer / manager for NASA’s Johnson Space Center, in
Houston, TX since 1978. I have worked as a team lead with Mark Grohman and as a lead
on the Boeing International Space Station Program for the last six years.
Mark Grohman has a number of qualities that make him an excellent employee. Those
qualities include:
      Hard working– Mark works diligently and efficiently, coming in early and working
      late (when necessary) to “get the job done”.
      Shows initiative – Mark works proactively and frequently “takes on” responsibilities
      “above and beyond” his normal duties.
      Helps co-workers – Mark is quick to offer help to his co-workers and follows
      through on the commitments that he makes.
      Responsive – Mark is very responsive to his managers, co-workers, and especially
      to our customers. He makes sure he understands their needs and responds in a
