Description : Office as a Service (WPaaS) is a unified communications (UC) service that combines
wireless and wire line features. This service is sold to businesses and provides
telephony services via VoIP integrated with a UC provider. In the first iteration, the
UC service being leveraged is a hosted Microsoft Lync service provided by UC
Vendor. In the future, additional UC providers,such as a Google Apps hosted service,
may be included in lieu of Lync. The services will be ordered and databased within
Mach 5, sent systematically to the vendor and then billed from Mach 5 through the
legacy IPS billing system.

We have not upgraded due to Actuate licensing and upgrade fee. We are also at the
End of Life for the G8L hardwarethis affords us the opportunity to savecosts by only
upgrading one platform verses two. This will not only shrink our hardware footprint
but also allowus to lower personnel and overall maintenance budget hours/dollars.

Description : International SIP Trunking is a value added Cloud Service on Sprint MPLS which allows
the customer to move all their public voice services onto Sprint MPLS using VoIP. This
project was introducing SIP Canada, with Rogers as the partner. Many of the
enhancements that were included with CR01 will be more easily met under the new
architecture, likeCancellations, and the same look and feel of the account information
will be carried over into the new platform. However, other aspects will be modified to
conform to the new architecture. In addition,all SIP Europecustomers currently active
in Netcracker M5 platform will need to be migrated to the new M5 platform.

database, it was critical as 5 files are related in production and it should not affect
customer billing.

front end application. On submission, the order will get stored and on approval the
details will be passed on to provisioning system.
