This year the Forum will focus on creativity, jobs and local development. We will examine how localities can support culture and creative industries as a source of knowledge and job creation and how the creative industry can act as a powerful driving force areas such as tourism, urban regeneration, and social inclusion.

2. Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship is when you act upon opportunities and ideas
and transform them into value for others. The value that is created
can be financial, cultural, or social (FEE-YE, 2011).
Entrepreneurship as a competence is individual & collective,
it applies to groups and organizations, not only to individual
entrepreneurs.
It applies to all spheres of life: personal development,
participation in society, entering the job market as employee or as
self-employed, starting up and growing (cultural, social or
commercial) ventures, that may be innovative or not
