Agile: established. Before and beyond IT (Speaker: Andrew Jones) agileoutsideIT
Using agile outside IT – our inaugural session!
September 27 2016
People have been collaborating for many thousands of years, delivering against vision, learning by mistakes, constantly improving and responding to change. Andrew will show, through some well-known examples from history, how agile was around well before IT was even thought of and then how agile has been adopted beyond IT, finding its place back with people who want to work together to make a difference. This will be supported by mini case studies of where agile principles and practices have been adopted in non-IT functions of modern businesses to help them respond to change.
