MONGOLIAN MENU 
Brief Description of the menu:- 
1. KIMCHI (2 Fresh varieties)- Mongolian spicy salad prepared fresh, 
having a dominant flavors of garlic and chilly. 
2. KIMCHI (2 Fermented varieties) - Fermented spicy salad matured for 
one month. 
3. MENG GU HUA GUA (MONGOLIAN HOT POT) - A tangy broth of lamb 
served from traditional Mongolian hot pot. 
4. YANG TONG (MONGOLIAN LAMB SOUP) - A brownish creamy soup 
with cooked lamb strips. 
5. MENG GU KAO RAI (BBQ LAMB) - Lamb piccata marinated with 
traditional barbeque marinade and cooked in griller wrapped with 
lettuce. 
6. JIANG NIU ROUM (BEEF BULLGOGI) - Sweetened beef strips cooked 
in griller served on a bed of beans sprout. 
7. JI HUA TUI (MONGOLIAN CHICKEN) - Boneless chicken marinated 
with hoisin sauce and oyster sauce cooked with wok sauce. 
8. FEN SAAN SU (MONGOLIAN MIX GRILLED VEGETABLES) - Assorted 
grilled vegetables served with variety of sauces. 
9. CHAO FAAN (MONGOLIAN RICE) - Traditional rice preparation with 
vegetables and meats, cooked in variety of sauces. 
10.MEN JIN BAI (MONGOLIAN NOODLES) - Traditional noodles 
preparation with vegetables and meats, cooked in variety of sauces. 
11.MONGOLIAN CHAO SHOU - Stuffed fried wanton topped condensed 
milk.
12.SAD REN DOU FU (SAD CAKE) - Set coconut flavoured chilled 
assorted fruit jelly. 
13.MONGOLIAN TEA - Sweet and salty milk tea served with cubes of 
butter.
