1. Manchester... many people say that is it the home of house music, many famous DJ's across the
world has said that "Without Manchester, they wouldn't be in the position they are in now"
The Hacienda and Sankey's Soap, 2 of the most notorious nightclubs in the world, these two
nightclubs are recognized all over the worldfor the repulation they have built up over the past years.
In 2010, Sankeys Soap was once voted the best nightclub in the world!
The music scene in Manchester was recognised that much, in 2002, Steve Coogan made a film called
24 hour party people which is based on the Manchester Rave scene from 1976-1992
But the rave scene had slowly become to die down
in 1997, The Hacienda closed down due to many gang related problems and financial problems.
From then on, House music had died down
But from out of no where, a genre of music called Deep House had blew up in Manchester
Since The Warehouse Project had moved their location to The Victoria Warehouse in Old Trafford,
Deep House was recognised everywhere.
Many Underground Record Labels had become commericial because of this

2. So this is why i have decided to make my music video based on the Manchester house music scene
I am going to star as the main character in my music video
I will also recruit 2 of my friends to be in the video
The plot of my music video is that there are 3 friends who had just turned 18 and they have been
saving up for a long time for an event that is happeningin Manchester
All three of the characters are very excited for this event but they are that excited, they arrive earlier
than scheduled.
So they decide to visit the famous landmarks relating to the manchester rave scene.
In the music video, i will also include scenes of the actual footage inside the club.
The target audience i have set for this video is for anyone who enjoys the deep house genre and also
for anyone who lives in Manchester as i will be filming most of the famous landmarks in Manchester
so it will make mancunians realise what an amazing city they live in. Despise the weather.
The message i would like to give out in this video is " Manchester is the capital of house music"
