The workshop covers topics such as stress awareness, identifying stressors, managing performance pressure through stress control techniques, and overcoming performance pressure through stress management of internal and external stressors. Specific techniques taught include identifying personality types, signs of stress, causes of stress, relationship stressors, work stressors, and coping strategies to deal with anxiety, manage self-image and self-esteem, and reprogram negative thinking patterns.
