3. Tipuri de partneri
In functie de tipul de servicii
Turism:GDS, hoteluri, consolidatori, firme de asigurare, touroperatori, companii
aeriene etc
Servicii aditionale: publicitate/promovare, web design, procesare plati etc
Functie de suport: IT, administrativ, contabilitate, legal, curierat etc
In functie de natura parteneriatului
Parteneri esentiali - influenteaza o mare parte din activitatea agentiei
schimbarea lor ducand la schimbarea serviciilor oferite, calitatii acestora si
pozitionarii pe piata.
Parteneri ocazionali – renuntarea la ei nu influenteaza in mod deosebit activitatea
agentiei, nu schimba serviciile oferite, se poate trece usor de la un un partener la

Parteneriate “vizibile”- partenerii care influenteaza in mod direct clientul si
reputatia acestora poate afecta gradul de incredere a clientului: touroperatori,

Parteneriate “invizibile” – sunt acei parteneri care sunt ascunsi pentru client dar
4. Cum lucram cu un partener
Raportare interna
Sistemul de raportare trebuie axat pe indicatorii principali care pot oferi o imagine
generala asupra parteneriatului: numar de comenzi, volum de vanzari,
comisioane, produse/servicii, reclamatii etc
In functie de volumul tranzactiilor si de periodicitatea acestora se poate merge pe
raportari saptamanale/lunare/semestriale.
Analiza periodica
De obicei anual este recomandata o analiza a relatiei cu partenerii care sa arate
care sunt punctele slabe si punctele forte si care este evolutia pietei. Se
analizeaza cota de piata detinuta de partner, competitia pe piata respectiva,
tipurile de produse si servicii oferite, gradul de inovare, volumul de vanzari si
profitul etc.
Rezultatele trebuie prezentate si partenerului (atat cat este posibil) si analizate
proiectele in care sunt implicate ambele parti precum si posibile proiecte comune
viitoare.

Posibilitatea de a fuziona cu un partener strategic pentru a
