formally for running a business in a systematic manner or
which is used as development or progressing of
organisation. It also helps to know the difference between
Leader and sub-ordinates in an organization.
There are many issues and challenges of Management,
which is depended on whether the Business is Large Scale,
Small Scale or Medium Scale.
The main challenge of Apple is to stay ahead of close
competitors like Samsung, HTC and Blackberry by
introducing innovating products in Mobiles and Laptops.
Some Management organisations have many issues but they
are very persistent to overcome any problem in the
organisation because they are flexible and competent like
Apple.

 Systems: Integration of the classical and human
relations approaches. Importance of the socio-technical
system. Mainly organisation within its external
environment.
 Contingency: Form of structure, management and
success of the organisation dependent upon a range of
situational variables.
