extension of offline.

conversions.

In offline world,
bigger = better.
Want more buyers?
Get a BIG street
sign. Tell the world!
But not online.
Online, customers
don’t know you, but
they have a goal.

You need to
entertain the goal.

Designers.
Clients.

You are both right.
The logo is perfect.

The design is not.
Solution?
Collaborate.

Design for business
needs.
Designers.
Ask questions.
Clients.
Trust your designer.
Seriously.

Let the designers be
in charge of
designing.
Say why you want
something. Not how.
Designer is not
a screwdriver.
Put your egos aside.
Focus on customers.
Design for
first user experience.
Start by answering
these questions:

What is customer’s
problem and how do
I solve it?
Follow up with.

Why are they going
to pick me?
Now convert them.

Tell your customer
why they should use
your product NOW.
And the moral is?
Forget about the
logo and don’t take
feedback at face
value.
Recognize the
underlying problem.

Solve it.
Scoutzie
Because Awesome.
